Cooper's Demo of Riding a 4-Wheeler

The first time I rode on my mini 4-wheeler I ran into my Papa! I went up a hill and Papa said, "Don't go down the hill like Wyatt did!" but I didn't hear him and I rode down the hill and I ran right into him! I felt bad. My Papa had a bloody ankle, but was okay. I said that I was sorry and my Nana and Aunt Carrie helped him inside to get some ice.

The next day, I was riding my 4-wheeler like a ram and I did 15 laps around my cousin’s house! I was getting pretty good at driving my 4-wheeler. I felt accomplished, like I could do anything!

Here are some tips for riding a 4-wheeler:

• If you're going uphill, give it a little more gas

• If you're going downhill, always do a teensy bit of gas

• Never turn very hard on sharp turns

• When you're going straight, don't give it too much throttle or it will tip

• Watch where you're going!
